Khutba-e-Ramzan: It is a Muslim festival. Ramzan is one of the principal festivals of Muslims. The festival begins and ends with the sighting of the new moon. The period of Ramzan may be for 29 or 30 days, depending on the sighting of the moon. The festival is observed in two parts. The first part is a kind of renunciation in the sense no food is consumed during the daytime. The second part is the culmination of the first part feast and gaiety is observed during evening time after breaking the fast. The Ramadan month is considered as a holy and auspicious month because it is during this month that Prophet Muhammed got first few Ayah of the first few Suras of the Holy Quran from Lord Allah.
